This would allow me to convert my ideas and plans into action, and to demonstrate my aptitude for mentoring new employees and contributing positively in disseminating knowledge While on the Medium-Term, I'm eager towards working on Cross-National Policy making and foster local economic development to better tackling macroeconomic problems in Egypt & peer countries, and ensure that policies trickle down to social development. I am also determined about conveying my initiative on transparency& participatory budgeting by engaging the public in the process making of the Budget, and the preparation of the so-called "Citizen Budget", and the Pre-Budget for the first time and the launch of an interactive website to be implemented in various state institutions in order to enhance transparency and disclosure frameworks in Egypt.
