I have more than&nbsp;<strong>seven years&nbsp;</strong>of relevant work experience in&nbsp;<strong>preparing program budget, project annual work and Monitoring and Evaluation Plans; monitoring activities through participation of technical meetings (workshops and seminars at the level of local as well as international experts and managers); writing sector and project specific progress reports and</strong><strong>developing technical proposals.&nbsp;</strong>In addition,&nbsp;<strong>I have experience on appraisal of proposals on social sector (Participatory Forest management, Livelihoods, Women Economic Empowerment in agribusiness, Urban Productive Safety Net, Health, Education, Water, Sanitation and HIV/AIDS) development projects; preparing strategic plans specifically focusing on situation analysis, analysis of external environment, benchmarking, and stakeholders&rsquo; analysis; in</strong>different&nbsp;<strong>government offices and consultancy firms</strong>at the level of&nbsp;<strong>Consultant, Policy Specialist,</strong><strong>Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, Researcher&nbsp;</strong>and&nbsp;<strong>Expert&nbsp;</strong>on&nbsp;<strong>development, economic, business&nbsp;</strong>and&nbsp;<strong>organizational issues</strong>. I am also vice president&nbsp;<strong>of the Ethiopian Evaluation Association and Reference Group Member of&nbsp;the Africa Evidence Network;</strong>and&nbsp;<strong>done evaluation works in Ethiopia for the ILO, World Bank and European Union funded projects.&nbsp;</strong>
