Mr. Claudius Emmanuel is the Permanent Secretary in St. Lucia's Department of Economic Development. He is a 27-year veteran of the Public Service having started as an Economist and transitioned into the Budget Office. Mr. Emmanuel holds a post-graduate degree in International Business from the University of the West Indies (UWI).
