Flavia is a Senior Researcher in Public Policy. She holds a PhD and a Master Degree in Business Administration. After with 8 years of research and managerial experience at the largest Brazilian government think tank, the Institute for Applied Economic Research (Ipea), she is now the Director for Advanced Studies and Vice-President at the National School of Public Administration (Enap).
