<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I, Teweldebirhan Girma, have had academic qualifications of M.Sc in Demography & Population Study, and B.Sc in Statistics; and over twenty-five years’ solid work experiences gained on planning, monitoring, evaluation, research, analytics, and programme/project management in areas of food security, agriculture, emergency response, governance, reproductive health, family planning, health, education, WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), nutrition, population in development.</span></span></span></span>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I am currently working in UNDP Ethiopia as Senior M&E Specialist. Before moving to the current job in UNDP Ethiopia, I had worked in the UN World Food Program (UNWFP) Ethiopia as Head of M & E team from January 2008 to April 2018. I had also worked in Plan International Ethiopia as Research and Evaluation Advisor for about two years. From September 2003 to October 2005, I had worked in the Family Guidance Association of Ethiopia (FGAE) as Planning and Programming Head. For four and half years, I had worked in Strengthening Emergency Response Abilities (SERA) Project, funded by USAID, as Regional Project Coordinator/Advisor. </span></span></span></span>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I am versed in using <b>statistical software packages (such as</b> <b>SPSS and Epi-Info) </b>and also <b>online platforms (ODK/ONA, Tableau, etc.), etc</b>. I have managed large scale and complex surveys’ data and analyzed using the <b>SPSS</b> and other statistical software for over twenty years. I have also interpreted quantitative & qualitative results and converted them into analytical reports which have been shared with various audiences. </span></span></span></span>
<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">I had recently managed and coordinated two evaluations as an independent <b>Evaluation Manager</b> for decentralized evaluations in WFP Ethiopia: PEPFAR Funded HIV/AIDS Project in urban Ethiopia and also USDA-McGovern Dole supported School Feeding Project in Afar and Somali region in Ethiopia. I am currently managing the mid-term evaluation of Governance and Democratic Participation Programme (GDPP) – June 2017 – December 2021, as Evaluation Manager. </span></span></span></span>
