           Dr. Wah Wah Maung is a Director General of Pension Department under the Ministry of Planning and Finance. She is former DG and Chief Statistician of Central Statistical Organization under the same Ministry of Planning and Finance. She did her Ph. D in Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Regarding her past experiences, she served as – -         Senior Lecturer from Yangon Institute of Economics who lecture and supervised Term papers, Master and Ph. D courses at Yangon Institute of Economics and National Defense University. -         Part time Senior Researcher at Myanmar National Strategic Studies Team ( MNSST), -         Visiting Research Fellow at NUS, Singapore. -         Director up to DDG Level at Foreign Economic Relations Department. -         Deputy Director General at Project Appraisal and Progress Reporting Department under the Ministry of Planning and Finance. -         Former Director General and Chief Statistician of Central Statistical Organization u -         About 80 articles have been published in the journals and Newspapers with pen name of "Khin Chindwin" and a book on "Ensuring Good Governance" was published on April 2012.
