Ms. Sujeeta has more than 15 years of professional experiences (8 years in UNDP) in Monitoring and Evaluation of development programs. Currently, she has been working in Strategic Management Unit, Myanmar Country Office as RBM focal point. As UNDP M&E Specialsit, she had worked in National Planning Commission in developing and strengthening National Monitoring and Evaluation System. She has been contributing Country Office M&E system strengthening by introducing new M&E tools, putting up quality assurance mechanisms, operational M&E guidelines and continuing capacity building support to programs and projects. She had worked as focal point for Evaluation, Quality Assurance, ROAR, operationalization of RBME guideline, UNEG norms, Strategic Plan results, ATLAS project Management Module and IWP/Annual Business Plan. She had worked as ROAR 2015 quality assessor for 5 country office ROARS and had recently worked as focal point for developing new CPD for Nepal and Lao Country Office. UNDP Nepal was also honored with awards for its work related to results in Innovation and Results Reporting.

Academically, she has completed 3 Master’s degree - Masters in Population and Reproductive Health Research (MPRRH) from Mahidol University, Thailand; Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) from BRAC University, Bangladesh and Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Nepal. She has received National Presidential Awards and International Awards in her academic career.
