I am Mrs. Matumelo Grace Monoko aged 53 and have twenty-three years of experience in the fields of Economic Planning, Statistics and Monitoring and Evaluation: results-based management, results framework and associated indicators, impact analyses, evaluation of results and reporting while working under the Planning Unit of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Bureau of Statistics, Integrated Transport Project, Ministry of Education and Training. I was also a short-term consultant of the “National Early Childhood Care and Development Study” where I coordinated the assessment of child development and measured early learning environments. I was also contracted as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist of End of Project Evaluation of “Who’s Child Is This” by Catholic Relief Services, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist of SEED Consult for the consultancy services of “carrying out Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and Resettlement Action Plan for Zones 6 and 7 of the Lesotho Lowlands Bulk Water Supply Scheme”. I am currently working for UNDP as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting officer where I am responsible for monitoring and evaluation of the Lesotho National Dialogue and Stabilization project implementation with respect to progress and updates, delivery, project objectives, outputs and indicators, ensure all periodic review and result-based management (RBM) tasks are well accomplished. I am also a member of the County Office Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting team that support the implementation of the CPD 2019 – 2023, by facilitating effecting monitoring, evaluation and learning on the programme, to collate indicator data, documenting results and best practices emanating from implementation activities, as well as promoting the cross-unit collaboration and innovations and updating of all the projects and programme monitoring platforms.
