Siti Fatimah Husin is the Director of Strategic Evaluation Department at Implementation Coordination Unit, Prime Minister’s Department (ICU JPM) since 2018. She is managing a team of 23 people with main responsibilities to lead, guide and delivering the outcome evaluation activities. Other key responsibilities are specific task on coordinating and monitoring the government initiatives including the manifesto and the governance of federal statutory bodies. She started her career in 1998 and seven years of successful experience with ICU JPM gave her a unique ability in monitoring development projects. In addition, she has delivered operational and administrative task for two years when she was the head of Management Services Unit at Ministry of Education. She also had experience with performance management when serving as a Key Performance Indicator Officer at the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development. Later, she was promoted as a division secretary in Economic Empowerment Department at the same ministry. Different range of working experience at the central agency as well as ministry level in various areas and positions has broaden her horizons in delivering services as a public officer. A graduate of University of Science Malaysia (Bachelor of Social Science, Hons) and Meiji University, Tokyo, Japan (Masters in Governance Studies), she has personal interest in community development and entrepreneurship. Her aspiration is to be an innovative leader, as she believes that innovator is the leader of humanity, who usher the world to a new and inspiring future. When she is not in workplace and not preoccupied by other official task, Siti enjoy spending her time with Do-It-Yourself (DIY) project and organic gardening. Right now, she is exploring various knowledge and skills to be able to fulfill one of her life wishes: to achieve job satisfaction and quality of life.
