Ms. Joyce Delogé is the <strong>Partnerships, Resources Management Specialist (Team Leader)</strong> and <strong>Officer in Charge, for Governance and Inclusive Growth Unit</strong>. Ms. Delogé has over 15 years professional experience in the application of Programme Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Results Based Management techniques applied in the public sector, civil society, donor organizations and the United Nations. Ms. Delogé worked as <strong>Programme Analyst for the Governance Unit and CO M&E and Gender Focal point</strong> in her previous function. She was responsible for management of UNDP programme within <strong>Governance, Peace and Security Programme Unit</strong>, analysing political, social and economic trends and led the formulation, management and evaluation of programme and projects, and provided policy advisory services to Government institutions, multi-lateral and bi-lateral donors and civil society to ensure successful implementation of UNDP programmes. Prior to joining UNDP, Ms. Delogé worked as a <strong>Governance Consultant</strong> (2007-2011) for various International and Local Organizations specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategy Formulation and Capacity Development. She also worked as a <strong>Senior Lecturer </strong>with the Kenya School of Government (2004-2007) and as a <strong>Programme Coordinator</strong> with a Community Based Micro-Credit Programme, St. Martin Catholic Social Apostolate (2002-2003). Ms. Delogé, is a PhD candidate on Social Transformation, holds a Master of Arts Degree in Intercultural Service, Leadership and Management - School for International Training (SIT), Vermont, USA.
