I work as the Head of the Department of Project managment and Monitoring in the Ministry of Finance. I am responcible for overseen the progress and outcome of development projects and reporting it to the Cabinet of Ministers and Parliament. I have 25 yers of service  experience indifferent departments in the Treasury in terms of national planning, budgeting, external resource mobilization and project implementation. I am life member of Sri Lanka Economists Association, Sri Lanka Planning Association, Sri Lanka Population Association and Sri Lanka Evaluation Association. I have bachelor of Commerce hons degree with second class upper division and masterd in international development from the University in Adelaide, Australia. I have invloved in prepaeration of macro economic policy and national development plans including national evaluation policy.
