Annette is currently a Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Analyst at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning, Republic of Liberia. She earned her M.B.A. in 2017 through the Cuttington University M.B.A Program. Annette has four years practical experience in Monitoring and Evaluation. Annette has been providing immense technical support to the processes of developing the country’s M&E Frameworks for the national development plans, the Agenda for Transformation (AfT) -2012-2018 and the Pro-poor Agenda for Prosperity and Development (PAPD)-2019-2023. Moreover, she plays a key role in the development process of the PAPD National M&E Framework. Annette is very instrumental in the development of the PAPD proposed National Key Indicators (NKIs) that will be used to measure government progress towards the achievements of the PAPD goals, SDGs 2030 and Africa Agenda 2063. Annette is currently contributing to the writing of the National M&E Plan narrative. Annette provides technical support to government spending entities to develop PSIP projects Results Frameworks and Monitoring Plans. She also conduct joint monitoring exercises with spending entities purposely to monitor the performance of the National Budget and prepare monitoring reports that informs decision making.
