I am Master Degree Candidate in Regional Planning at the University of Liberia. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree and working for over eight (8) years as a development planner in the public sector. My strong interest in the public sector started to yield tangible contributions back in 2010. Since 2010, I have contributed to youth development programs, fight against Ebola, and the provision of support to the strengthening of the country national M&E system. In so doing, I contributed to the development and implementation of the post-war national development agendas, and the Rapid Response Strategy during the Ebola endemic. Particularly, I have been playing a key role in the development of the framework to promote government accountability for resources entrusted to it and also demonstrate that development initiatives are making positive contributions towards human development. I am currently the serving as the Officer-In-Charge of the country’s National M&E Unit responsible for the conduct of Monitoring and Evaluation activities in the public sector at both national and sub-national levels. In such capacity, I have led on the development of the country’s National Key Indicators, and the setting-up of systems for data collection, analysis and reporting. I am currently in the process of developing a road map for our country preparation for the conduct of its first National Voluntary Review exercise.
