Challenges for Institutionalization of evaluation

• Strengthen the linkage of the evaluation and the systematic use of its results in the public management cycle for development results. • Increase the support to the SINE and the ANE according to government periods, which implies to strengthen institutionalization. • Develop incentives for the practice of evaluation, as well as linking it with the public policy cycle. • Promote evidence-based decision making for the improvement of the designs, implementation, and results of public interventions. • Deepen the scope of evaluations, to have better measurement and assess of effects of public interventions (databases and information systems). • Integrate the participation of different publics in evaluation processes to strengthen transparency, accountability, and legitimacy of public actions. • Evaluation of SDG´s and 2030 agenda
